The Hard-working Member of Parliament for Buem Constituency, Hon.Kofi Adams has yesterday brought the orientation/|capacity building training workshop for newly elected branch executives in his Constituency to an end.

The first part brought together all branch Chairmen, Secretaries and Organizers across the branches who undergone vigorous training workshop in order to acquaint themselves of their roles as stipulated in the NDC's Constitution

The second phase which is part (II) brought together the branch youth Organizers, branch women Organizers and the branch Communication Offices.

The Regional Executives led by Reg Chairman, Hon.Kwadjo Gyapong joined them from the commencement  of the program till the end of  this important  program yesterday.

The Regional Youth Organizer, Hon.Sulemana Mumumi briefly reminded the branch youth Organizers of their role of mobilizing the youth for party activities in their branch.

The Regional Chairman as usual used an interactive approach by descending to their level as branch executives in order to achieve his objective of making every branch Executive understands his|her role.It was a very wonderful session yesterday.
The Regional Chairman distributed the NDC Constitution to all branch Executives so they can be guided by it.

The member of Parliament for the Constituency, Hon.Kofi Adams  remarkably touch on the roles of each of the branch executives and encourage them to perform their task as mandated.He also threw more light on the need to organize constant branch meetings in order to discuss sensitive issues affecting the party. He has again commended all the branch executives for their unflinching support to ensure the next coming of H.E John Dramani Mahama in 2024.

The Oti Regional Communication Officer, Mobarak Diplomatic also encourage the branch Communication Officers to always link up with their Constituency Communication Officers for information.

There was an open forum session which gave the opportunity to the branch Executives to ask questions and were adddresd by the MP and the Regional Chairman respectively.

The Orientation in the Buem Constituency  has become a pacesetter as the branch executives were extremely happy to experience such a capacity building oriented workshop.

The Regional Women Organizer, Aunty Joyce gave a vote of thanks to bring the program to a successful end.
The Member of Parliament for the Constituency, Hon.Kofi Adams also thank the Constituency Executives, the Regional Executives and all the branch Executives for their participation.
