Leadership of the Oti Regional NDC in the coming days is set to embark on a vetting exercise across the Constituencies within the region.

As stipulated in the published guidelines, an established 5- member vetting committee one of whom shall be a national representative and two representatives from the Regional Executive Committee and two from the Constituency Electoral Committee is to vet  the eligibility of all aspirants.

The Regional Representatives is set and shall be seen in our Constituencies in the coming days.
Meanwhile, the National representatives are expected to join the Regional teams in their assigned Constituencies.

Opening of Nomination: *20th Sept- 22nd  Sept*

Endorsement: *1week*

Filing of Nomination:*28th Sept-29th Sept*

Vetting: *30th Sept-2nd Oct*

Appeals: *4th Oct-5th Oct*

Elections: *22nd Oct:23rd Oct*

Venue for Vetting: *To take place at an agreed place by the Constituency Executive Committee in Consultations with the  REC*

The Constituency Electoral Committee of five (5) which must be constituted by the Constituency Executive Committee must also oversee all the necessary administrative duties relating to the Election.

We therefore plead for maximum co-operation before, during and after the vetting to make Oti Regional NDC greater and stronger
