Akuffo Addo's visit to the Oti Region makes mockery of the people since there is No Development in the Region
Akuffo Addo's tour to Oti Region today has made mockery of the good people of the Region. Since Oti Region was created in 2018 and subsequent inauguration in 2019, the region has been starved with development. Although the NPP government led by Prez Akuffo Addo and Bawumia gave lofty promises in the run up to 2020 Election, the region is yet to see a monumental development as witnessed under the erstwhile Mahama administration.
For example, the 5 -E Blocks constructed in Yabram, Kwamekrom,Chenderi, Nkwanta and Damanko (incompleted) are some capital projects started by H.E John Dramani Mahama which I believe are projects speaking for him.
Roads constructed are speaking for H.E John Dramani Mahama.
Prez Akuffo Addo, five(5) years ago, promised every district a factory and one would have expected that, he commissions such factories in every district he visits. Today, the story is different because he seems to have completely forgotten of such promises.
His claim of commissioning of CH Global LTD(CH Foods) Yam and Cassava Processing Factory is another scam because the said factory is owned by one Mr Dametia, an ambassador to Togo who is also an NPP affiliate. This act is not only shameful but also serves as an embarrassment and a testament of failed government.
We are yet to see the operations of the so-called Yam and Cassava Processing Factory.
Again, Akuffo Addo in the run up to 2020 Election secured a site with a designed pictures of artistic impression on how the regional hospital would look like after completion, as we speak now the site is competing with weeds for space. A big deceit and a mockery on the good people of Oti Region.
The inspection on the recycling plant at Yabram was also done in a fun fair style by Akuffo Addo when infact works on such plant is ongoing and is not likely to finish soon.
The Dodo- Pepesu road was infact started by H.E John Dramani Mahama with Rolider Company. After the loss in 2016, the Akuffo Addo led government halted the project with claims that, the contract sum is unimaginable and should be investigated. Investigation were carried out and no malfeasance was found. Today, Akuffo Addo wants Ghanaian to clap for him for the ongoing construction of that stretch of road, could this not be discribed as witch craft??
The frustrations expressed by Chiefs before Akuffo Addo concerning feeder roads, is another admission of the failure of Akuffo Addo Bawumia led government as far as development in Oti Enclaves is concern.
Again, we want the president to be considerate and moderate in his much ado about nothing trips which of recent times come with expensive private jet across the borders of this country and long unnecessary vehicular convoy when it comes to his tours within the country. His predecessors especially the late Prof. Mills and President Mahama at a certain point in time have to put a ceiling on number of vehicles used in their nationwide tours to save the tax payers money even at the time the economy was flourishing.
The good people of Oti Region shall be grateful to Visionary John Dramani Mahama because his developmental projects across Oti Region are indelible legacies which we shall fiercely protect.
Long Live NDC

Yesterday's match for justice has has indeed sent a signal to Akuffo Addo and his NPP government for how woefully they have failed to protect the lives of the citizenry.
It has again cautioned them of the lawlessness and profligacy been witnessed under his leadership as President.
The match was not meant for only NDC but all the cross section of the peace loving Ghanaians who have witnessed unprecedented hardships, corruption, insecurity, random killings and unprofessional conduct of some of our security agencies.
You would have realized that, Ghana is heading towards an unknown destination and hence the need for every single individual to play a part in the rescue mission.
The future Generation must be told a story one day about how Akuffo Addo/Bawumia Government are determined to collapse the Country before leaving Office.
They must again be told a story about the lofty political promises made by Akuffo Addo/Bawumia Government in the run up to 2016 election and the feasibility of such promises.
Again, Ghanaians would remember how Akuffo Addo has approved GHC33,000 as monthly salary for his wife and GHC 32,000 for Bawumia's wife.
As if that was not enough, Akuffo Addo again increased his salary to GHC47,000 using a 120 award point and using 100 award point to increase Bawumia's salary to GHC39,397 respectively.
Ghana is bleeding today because of the extravagance and wastefulness in the use of the little resources of the Country Ghana.
We shall tell an endless story one day because we are all living testimony of the poor governance of those entrusted with our resources.

Thank you Tour by NDC MPs in Oti Region was Successful
The NDC MPs in Oti Region are embarking on a thank you tour across their respective Constituencies to say thank you to their constituents for reposing confidence and trust in them during the 2020 elections which gave the NDC 100% in the parliamentary seats captured in the region and overwhelming endorsement of H.E John Dramani Mahama.
This gesture by the NDC MPs in the Oti Region is not only remarkable but highly commendable and appropriate.
As early as February this year, some started and ended their thank you tours whiles others have only few communities to cover. This is a giant step towards making the party attractive to the electorates and the constituents as we approach the 2024 elections with restructuring and reorganisation to recapture governance power that was stolen from the NDC in 2020 through the manipulation of the very body (Electoral Commission) that supposed to ensure free, fair and transparent elections.
We wish to acknowledge the effort of the NDC MPs in Oti Region and encourage them to continue with their good works they have started.
We once again acknowledge and commend them for starting so well in their Constituencies and wish them well as they continue to serve their Constituencies with exemplary leadership.
The grassroot is really rejuvenated, battle ready to work in the interest of the NDC. We are forging ahead as one people with much focus on 2024 despite the media hype of irrelevant negative news to derail our effort to work in unity for attainment of victory.

Corruption Under Akuffo Addo has fought anti-corruption crusaders
*Corruption under Akuffo Addo has fought anti- corruption crusaders*
It's not surprising to see corruption fighting back anti-corruption crusaders under Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo. The likes of Martin Amidu and Mr Domelovo can be described as crusaders against Corruption and Corruption related activities.
Whiles in opposition and as opposition leader, he promised to use Anas's principle to fight corruption. His appointment of special prosecutor has reinforce his readiness to tackle the canker to the expectation of all.
Most people have expressed their dissatisfaction about the appointment of the said prosecutor because they felt Akuffo Addo was on a mission of witch- hunting his political opponents through such appointment.
The anti-corruption crusader Martin Amidu resigned in 2020 because he has found out that, president Akuffo Addo is the embodiment of corruption hence a *mother serpent of corruption* as he referred him.
Fast forward, the Auditor General became the next target as he was seen fighting corruption amongst the government officials.
Comrades, we can recall that, Mr Daniel Yaw Demelovo has accused the ministry of finance of dishing out payments to third-party organizations even though no work was executed to warrant such. An amount of 1million US dollars was indeed paid to kroll associates as discovered by the annual report on Public Account of Ghana
as at 31st December 2018.
This became a topical issue as the Auditor General locked horns with the Senior Minister, Yaw Osafo Maafo in line of investigating him for allegedly paying a kroll company for no work done.
The high court at the end delivered the judgement that Mr Domelovo breached the rules of natural justice in his handling of the audit process for the $1milliom kroll and associate deal.
As if that was not enough, the president directed the Auditor General to go on accumulated leave of 123 days which gave them the space to intensify corruption activities.
Anti-Corruption crusader, Mr Domelovo was finally forced to go on retirement after he has exhausted his accumulated leave and had officially resumed.
Clearly, the decision to retire the corruption fighter who has been lauded by both the local and international institutions has been successfully executed by the president.

Dissatisfaction about NDC MPs on the Vetting Committee of Parliament
Mobarak Diplomatic Writes;
*Dissatisfaction about the NDC MPs on the Vetting Committee*
A lot of Comrades within the NDC fraternity have expressed their dissatisfaction about the NDC MPs on the Vetting Committee of Parliament.
Some are disgusted whiles others have angrily expressed their readiness to lay down their tools as members of the great NDC simply because of the unsatisfactory performance of the NDC members on the Vetting Committee.
The NDC can only be attractive and gain the needed strength if the NDC leadership on the appointment committee will show a good faith by rejecting all those who in one way of the other, abuse their offices to the detriment of ordinary Ghanaian.
Approval of personalities like interior and defence ministers designates have not only undermine the core principles of the party but will go a long way to further cause harm than good.
The national security minister should not also have been approved by the leadership of the NDC MPs simply because of the unprecedented level of insecurity the Country has undergone for the past 4years.
The above ministerial nominees must be made to account for their stewardship and if sound convincing, before approval.
The party leadership must rise up and make sure that, the NDC MPs on the Vetting Committee does the right thing or we find ourselves wanted in the years ahead, for they say posteriy awaits everyone and shall judge all of them.

Democracy has been thrown to Dogs under Akuffo Addo
Democracy of a country shall always be subjected to a test and the developments in connection to the election of the speaker of the 8th Parliament was one of those tests on our democracy.
Failure or the ability to pass such a test of democracy could best be judged by you and I as citizens of this country.
I must congratulate the Rt. Hon. Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin for his elevation as the speaker of the 8th Parliament through a competitive secret balloting by our hardworking members of Parliament.
Ghana's democracy has once again been put to a test and obviously we can all assume the outcome.
It's a duty for everyone of us to uphold and safeguard the long built democracy of our dear Nation and that meant sacrifice and commitment.
The unparliamentary conduct of some NPP members of Parliament led by Carlos Ahenkorah and others resulted in the absolute chaos in the August house with legislators punching one another, snatching ballot papers and facing off with a detachment of fully armed military men leave much to be desired.
Infact, it was an affront to our long cherished democracy which must be condemned vehemently.
To those NDC members of Parliament who exited in the 7th Parliament, your service to mother Ghana is highly commendable, recognized and the NDC shall forever be proud of you as you contributed significantly to the decisions that have brought us this far as a party.
Once again, I congratulate all our gallant MPs who stood for our Democracy in the midst of intimidations and harassments.
The fearless spirit exhibited by the NDC caucus in parliament in fighting the lawlessness by the NPP caucus is a real beginning of reaping the benefits of our democracy which we have all yearned for in the past 4 years. The fearless spirit of the NDC MPs clearly indicates that, deals like Agyapa, PDS, over bloated budgets can't be allowed to run through parliament with the usual "majority" now NPP caucus having their way so easily in the few months given to Akuffo Addo by the Jean Mensah led EC to act as Acting President. The undue advantage of using Majority status to approve state milking deals is blocked!
Long Live NDC
Long Live Ghana.

The undue advantage of using Majority status to approve state milking deals is blocked!
Long Live NDC
Long Live Ghana.

Diplomatic Mobarak Writes
*Election of the Speaker of the 8th Parliament is a test on our Democracy

*Happy New Year Comrades*
God Almighty, i thank you for what you have done for me.
May your grace find each and everyone on this very platform.
I pray for good health, long life and prosperity for each and everyone here.
May your greatness make us greater.
I pray for all NDC members in all spheres of life. May you increase them in knowledge and may your mercy touch us all.
I also pray for H.E John Dramani Mahama and his running mate Naana Opoku Agyemang and their entire family.
God Almighty, continue to protect and safeguard them in their daily activities.
The flawed election result is a testament of the rigging machinery put in place by Akuffo Addo and the EC and we shall continue to fight it until the rightful president elect H.E John Dramani Mahama is declared as president and sworn in.
Finally, i pray that, you grant us Justice in the coming days so thy name would be praised.
Amen!!
