The selection, pronouncements and outdooring of the first female vice Chancellor as the running mate of the great National Democratic Congress was not only a splendid decision but has also placed a high premium on women in Ghana and across the globe.
This decision shall take into consideration the numerous voices of our women, the youth,the aged and the disabilities in critical decision making of our country.
Her appointment is historic and shall linger in our memories forever in our body politics.
The outdoored incoming vice president has whole heartedly accepted the responsibility as the running mate and that demonstrated her readiness to support H.E John Dramani Mahama to rescue this country from Corruption, nepotism and collapse of local indigenous businesses.
Proff Naana Opoku Agyemang is bringing back the lost hope to every Ghanaian woman. Women have contributed immersely to the development of this country since independence and must be respected in key decision making.
